One female cashier here persists in telling customers to point there trolley in a certain position as it suits her however it does not suit most customers, she is most annoying.

Nil fruit . Aldi know how busy it gets over summer there order should be bigger and better and well stocked at all times .
Aldi does get some good products at good prices however I was in store this morning to get a nursing chair for my pregnant daughter and was refused assistance to get it into my car. I have a heart condition and am not allowed to exert myself, however I dragged the box to my car and struggled to get it up into my car. Luckily an elderly gentleman saw me struggling and offered to help. It was first thing after opening and there were several male staff around but I was refused help, but offered a flat top trolley. I didn't have anyone to take with me as everyone was at work. Very disappointing!
