Dear David;I think you need to look at your client Grace Landscapes qualifications and accounting practices. He does not believe in Tax Invoices with itemised details. Despite 3 requests for same that he declined, a no no with the ATO. He just sends a receipt for about $38,000.GST and other pertinent details are also remiss.I wish you well in defending this man, but you will be extremely embarassed when all the independent reports are done.Are you aware that this man received government funding for his two very young and inexperienced Apprentices? Who he did not train or supervise.He basically dropped them off at 8 am and picked them up at 4 pm.They did not even know that you have to put plants into the ground, not just on top with some mulch!!!I have the evidence. 250 plants purchased not to Cleint specifications.....about 50 left alive. 1/2 Green garbage bin filled with plants that Apprentices did not feel like planting.Good luck and have fun David. Your Client is a very nasty dishonest man. If you care to check, as I did. You will find that he has form in England.
