We were looked after superbly from the moment we walked in. The receptionist, the nurses, the doctor and billing staff were outstanding in their professional standards. Thank you all.
Spoke to Caroline on the phone. Not sure whether she was having a bad day or not but she could definitely learn to have a little patience with customers on the phone. She came across as quite belligerent. I didn't step inside the centre because of the phone conversation, which is why I am giving it three stars. I hope Caroline at CMC takes this feedback seriously. It is an honour to serve others. Not a chore.
