Booked my wifes car in for a service and replace the brakes. The quote was reasonable, and I expected it to go up if anything else was found. It came in just under the quote and the car runs great. Add to that professional and friendly treatment by all and this was an exceptional experience.
My car broke down on Phillip island and was towed to Cowes Total Car Care. John and his team were so helpful and really went the extra mile to restore my car engine and even stuck to the quote when unexpected additional items needed to be fixed. John even came in out of hours to allow me to pick up the car at a time convenient. Thanks so much team, you made what was a really stressful situation much easier by your great service.
